The AE86 in F3 wasn't too hard to drift on the standard engine, you just needed to adjust the tire pressures and suspension. Oh, and get the speed way up before the corners and just inertia drift it around.
@Kh501pr lol, STOCK man. STOCK it was ridiculous. but you're right, the hachi was actually one of the hardest cars to get to /grip/ once you'd added power. don't think it was the easiest to drift well though, I never used it for anything but fun, never for anything that "counted". maybe you could drift it stock in FM3 as easily as in FM4 and my memory is jacked, but FM4 is more correct in its physics, that much I am certain of.
@casefc3s For ANYTHING that counted, all i used was the ae86 in Forza 3 for drifting. I did some mods on it but only put out 265 bhp. You gotta leave the 4AGE N/A! lol its the way it should be and definitely NO ASSISTS while racing it...it drifted like a dream! You just must not have gotten the hang of it...it takes practice my friend. On Fujimi Kaido, you could get over 100,000 points all day.
@casefc3s I don't know, the tone right at the start sounded familiar, but the overall tone and pitch just doesn't sound right. It's not as low pitch as a 4AG. I do agree though, it sounds more like a 20v with the higher sound.
Thanks for the comments! Group response, @Jehuty77 it sounds pretty close to one running ITBs, this one has 255hp; it could lay down smoke (but the game engine doesn't discern how much). @outlawcry1222 & @MrAsianCHAU You could slide one, but not maintain or link drifts very well. @TheAmericanUhate Yeah, it feels a little easier but also better (more true to life) in general.
wow they did make some pretty good changes... i like that the smoke shows up a lot better and the sound is a lot better... looks easier to drift now but some times it's just the driver making it look easy lol
so wait can you do the black top swap on forza 4...cause they didnt have it in 3 :(

@onionbuskut No, it's kinda lame, you can only do the SC MR2 or turbo MR2 motor swaps.

Gotta agree with the uploader it WAS harder in FM3 to drift the stock 86 even on downhill.
The highest I ever took mine was B500 with a turbocharger on it

ridiculous to try? the AE86 was one of the easiest drift cars in FM3!

Looks great, I can't really recognize the 4AG though

@azn069 It sounds more like a 20 valve with ITBs, maybe a little bit harsh on the intake noise.

A 4AGE(The engine of an AE86) doesn't sound like that at all, also the 86 doesnt have enough power to put down that kind of smoke.

@Jehuty77 I don't think this is stock.

I was able to drift a N/A AE86 fine in Forza 3, but can't wait until I get Forza 4.
