I have seen with my own eyes how a truck carrying a crane took down the power lines of trams in Munich. Bystanders almost got electrocuted. One car had no chance to break when the high voltage cable came down and the cable got entangled with one wheel of the car. and all that because the crane on the truck was partially upright.
