@Ashimrak Yes it was difficult but if you watch it in slow motion you see her legs almost completley pull away from each other and that is a gigantic deduction, plus her ankles were crossed when she twisted and she took a hop back on her landing, so this vault was pretty faired scored or maybe even a tad overscored
@luv4cookie1 Unfortunately judges ignored such mistakes back in the day-especially when they came from gymnasts of certain countries. And that DTY was HUGELY difficult and quite rare up to that time.
@luv4cookie1 Even with the form breaks it does not matter, the vault was almost unheard of at this time and should technically have been out of an 11.00 or even 12.00 seeing as a single yurchenko was out of a 10 and she was going above and beyond what she needed to do. Very underscored.
It's difficult but she has lots of form issues.
