thanks for posting. Seems to me "better" without actually being good. Big values (& so pattern) omissions. Patterns for social justice (without which I don't think you can have true sustainability) would change the process considerably. places should be generated by a process of inclusive & fair egalitarian conference (using a modifiable & collectively approved pattern language) not unilaterally out of one persons midlife crisis. easy to see the appeal but also the seeds of corruption in this.
