Its really cute BUT i think your making it seem better by hyping it up with all the titles and stuff than it really is. you should be more humble, not because your art is bad, you just have a lot to work on. Like; as cupcake was saying, the heads don't look human. You said your weren't new at this but it sure looks like you are. I'm not trying to be mean, I just want to help. Sorry If i offeneded you

Well august is sorta new lol but is your head a perfectly round circle? Well there is a style of anime (Chibi) with a head thats round, but I don't think that's what you aimed for on this one. Chibi is like those cute li' ones with the big innocent eyes and lil' feet and hands. Well, good luck in the contest!
It's pretty good. ^^ But, you can defintly work on makeing it more realistic. =D You use a mouse, ne? Why not draw it on paper first, take a pic, then uplaode it and touch it up on the comp? It wasn't amazing, but it is deifinantly amazing for someone who is apprantly just beginning to use MS Paint with a mouse. Try looking up some tutorials on dA for more help in expanding your drawing and makeing it much better. After all, practice makes perfect! ^^ I still like it. =D
