  • You guys should have your own reality show !!!

  • i made my own chinup bar in welding, just copied the one in my schools gym ,

  • you can go to a thrift store and they practically give weights and benches away

  • Weights and equipment are pretty cheap if you buy second hand off ebay or even better from a boot or garage sale.

  • I laughed when he said '10 fucking chickens a day'.

  • I was looking around at Dicks sporting goods for a bench press and weights. All together it would of been about 500 bucks. Then i went on Craigslist and found a better bench with more weights for 200 bucks. Just gotta do some lookin around

  • guys, if you have will, there is a way....you want really cheap weights? use milk containers, use cinder blocks, bricks, chains, household objects...i remember back in the day when i didn't have a bench...i got under my bed and i did bench presses by lifting my bed up and down...

  • Check out Barstarzz, they do a lot of body weight exercises with no weights, just bars, and they shredded something fierce

  • Oh hey! Have you considered the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate lost a ton of useless fat.

  • Hey HodgeTwins, the guy who cant affrod gym membership and cant afford no weights. Give me his email or let him Send me a personal message...

  • Scott Herman's got plenty of things using around the home objects to work out. He could always go find a decent size rock.

  • want a good squat substitute? Every time you go poop in public restrooms just hold on to the rails dam good workout and ur pooping at the same times. 2 birds 1 stone

  • Great advice guy!. Craig's list is used weight heaven!

  • Home setups are far better than commercial ones as long as you have the right equipment and attitude....

  • lol i can't read too well... dumb f****n nigger!!!

  • Gold's Gym 40 lb. Vinyl Dumbbell Set at wal-mart 20.00

  • CAP Barbell Deluxe Standard Bench with 100 lb Weight Set at wal-mart 69.77

  • 03:41

And then I read the description... FFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

  • Push ups, pull ups and dips. I seen guys on youtube swole as fuck from doing just that. Some prison shit. lol

  • @337elite that will get u ripped and add some muscle but if you want true results you need a true gym

  • @SuccessDriven247 but if u have nothing then thats way better then nothing

  • @SuccessDriven247 Cool thank you. Gym is definitely needed to be as big and strong as genetically possible.

  • I usually go to a workout park

  • @AdverbAdjective Like a gym membership is anywhere near as important as internet access. A gym membership is a luxury, if you can afford it great, if you can't then it doesn't matter as it's not essential in everyday life. The internet is essential for almost everyone who lives in a modern society. Finding a job, finding information on almost anything imaginable and by extension learning/revising, the internet is arguably the most powerful tool in the world.

  • I like my home setup, hardcore with no fancy machines and massive flat screen T.V's,because your in their to FUCKING TRAIN,not socialize.

  • Backpack push ups can be just as effective as the bench press. You also work stabilizing muscles. I wake up with a sore ass chest, but I also have muscle soreness in my obliques externus abdominals and serratus anterior (also worked in the bench press). You can even do bodyweight squats with a backpack and progress your leg strength/size like that. One-leg bodyweight squats are great too, you will wake up with DOMS for sure.

  • @SavingPrivateBob Genuinely great advice there mate.

  • @AdverbAdjective Yep entertainment you dumb fuck. Why are you on this video? You say you spend your time at the gym yet you are on this video? Hmm, its called entertainment. "cheaper gym membership", you like spouting out bullshit?

"adverbAdjective".. lol, an English major? Too stupid to teach math?

  • Comment removed

  • @AdverbAdjective internet is pretty much needed in today's age. Schools are all using websites to give out and grade homework. Online banking is getting more predominate. It also a much cheaper entertainment alternative than paying for cable tv.

    A gym is not needed.

You should think things through before you type.

  • @DEIMOSLOL Dude kill urself no one likes you

  • @horusboots Get off thr bbc

  • I made my own squat rack

  • @Jordnfan909 You're an evil genius in the making haha

  • @Jordnfan909 yea i do the same shit but everybody things im gonna snap my shit up and it dosent work... but im just like im doing the same shit ur doin in the gym i dont need some fancey squat rack to squat heavey

  • @Jordnfan909 u need some knowledge to do that.. a knowledge not everyone has

  • you are my fuckin heroes

  • whoever gives a fuck - please check out the rubber bands by Tyrell owens (spelling?) bands. if that's all you can get, it's well worth the money.

  • fuck gym pass, $40+ a month? Yeaa.. I'd rather be playin WoW and watchin Netflix

  • @DEIMOSLOL

    Two words. Sugar. Walls.

  • where can i get a 45 pound barbell, 200 pounds worth of weight, and a rack to rack the weight when im done?

  • Wal Mart has weight plates for cheap as hell. I think a 10 pound plate costs a little more than 10 bucks. The dumbbell bars are like 3 dollars each. Bought me a nice weight bench for 100$, pull up bar for about 30...boom, a gym in my room...ballin on a budget

  • @tswagg504 wow thats very cheap

  • @tswagg504 i find it crazy that people with money who go to the gym are skinny and lazy as fuck and then the people with a pullup bar and squat rack some dumbbells at home are swoll and motivated

  • @SuccessDriven247 True, I started in my room with a little 20kg dumbell set, then got bench, barbell, made a squat rack etc and saved up over 5 years and now I have decent stuff and a power rack but I got myself a lot bigger using the cheapest things and wooden equipment, I've never set foot in a gym and made gains better than guys I know who have gyms with ALL equipment available. Home = HARDCORE

  • @speckyprick yeah it doesnt matter as long as you have the desire, consistency and educate yourself you will get amazing results and keep improving. Theres many i know get gym memberships and they workout once a week or go for 2 weeks then stop for 3 weeks. Then theres those other guys doing 1000 pushup workouts and pullups at home not all at once but they build up to it and are in great shape its how bad you want it

  • @tswagg504 i got a bench for 30 and weight barbell for 50, and a bunch of dumbbells for 30 beat that!

  • @tswagg504 Walmart's got a 100lb vinyl set for $30 with a barbell included. I've got 3 sets of them for the price of 2 50lb plates.

  • @tswagg504

That's pretty fuckin good man, too bad we don't have walmart over here..

  • kevins dyslexic?

  • Kevins the dumb one lol.

  • could even go to ur nearest park at some quiet time when no other fucker gonna be there and work out on the monkey bars n stuff but again even doing that can only really build so much so try n save as much as u can for dumbells then u can work out at home safely

  • never gymless by ross enamait

  • these guys are awesome

  • @TheTurkishful bullsheeeiiiit!

  • @TheTurkishful forgot to put few after short..

  • You GUYS FUCKING ROCK YOU TOTALLY INSPIRED ME TO WORK OUT!!

  • I'm Brazilian all I eat is rice.

  • GhettoWorkouts check it out. Them cats have some amazing strength and I don't think they're juicing....

  • JUST WATCH GREG PLITT'S INTRO VID

  • YOU WANNA GET BIG WATCH GREG PLITT EXERCISES MOTHER FUCKERS . VOTED TOP 20 MOST IN SHAPE MEN IN THE WORLD. REALEST ATHLETE

  • man these guys keep it real! i love it.

  • if you cant pay for the gym go to a playground you can work alot of body parts there

  • 25 dollar dynaflex at big 5.

  • u guys are awesome !

  • you don't need a gym to build muscle. type in HANNIBAL FOR KING on youtube

  • @asianstrength Hannibal for King is a beast.

  • Most YMCAs will offer discount rates on memberships for low income families and individuals. When my ass was broke I paid 30 bucks a month for a gym pass.

  • @househay85 hahaha love your deleted response to me and you didn't have a video up before you closed your account, you thick idiot lmao.

  • lol wtf the rack? first time i saw that shit i thought it was a spoof

  • @househay85 continued... and only train twice a week look good. There's no man on this planet who has built a good physique by training twice a week and having a shit diet, extraordinarily good genetics or not. And 'studies are not fail proof'...this also shows me that you have no idea what a study is. Take a look in the mirror and ask yourself why you look like an average joe. Here's your answer: you're unintelligent, uneducated and lazy. You DO look for the easy route. I am done.

  • @househay85 Your spelling is atrocious. You can't differentiate between you're and your, you can't differentiate between of and off and you can't punctuate, just simply too unintelligent. You're obviously a milk man or something, I have education in this field, years of study, you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about as illustrated in every one of your posts. Your standards of physique are ridiculously low as you've said by explaining guys who have shit diets...

  • Comment removed

  • you guys are sickkk, thanks for the advice!

  • @househay85 What are you talking about? Studies ARE the facts of real life...Do you even know what a study is? Wow, you're even dumber than I thought.

  • @househay85 It's not opinion. It's fact. I've already advised you to read peer reviewed journals, articles and studies like any real student of nutrition and exercise would. And you're illustrating your levels of intelligence yet again by thinking that I'm a former world number 1 tennis player. I'm simply a long time fan of Marat Safin. Fitness model, my arse, you're no older than 15 with comments like this. Goodbye.

  • @househay85 My lie detector is on overload and my bullshit detector is already bust.

  • @househay85 You're a retard. Nobody's going to get under 7% body fat unless they have a good diet, fast metabolism or not. The calorie surplus required to gain muscle won't allow this, full stop. Go read any PEER REVIEWED journal or study to find out. I bet you look like shit.

  • @househay85 lmao. You could say that about absolutely any exercise. The fact is that cardio and diet are the two practices required to stay lean.

And don't comment if you cannot spell, please.

  • TAKE BOOKBAG AND PUT ALOT OF BOOKS IN IT AND LIFT IT,YOU CAN CHANGE THE WEIGHT IF YOU WANT BY CHANGING BOOKS,EASY

  • These guys are so funny. Pushups do not make you lean, you get cut up by diet and cardio, jesus christ.

  • Yo he can get some resistance bands you can get up to 250 lbs of resistance. I use them when I travel. Check out bodylastics. Also the rack is ok if you looking to only do dips.

  • That's a weird mirror.

  • Or if u cant find any weights at all, Prison would be your last option

  • @claudiojunior151 Not really, you'll get a belly

  • Comment removed

  • Come on guys. Let's start thumbing up the QOTD(question of the day) =) Makes it easier for everybody involved!

  • @greatfruitlover This is good.

  • door way pull up bar and dumbells.

  • or look up the pull up exercises, look up bartenderz

  • waterbags!!!!

  • I made my own pullup bar.. IT'S FUCKING SOLID. GUYS.

  • hhahaha!!!!! my man built contraptions looool!!!!

  • COol videos, we with brother were wondering, how your wifes does look like? Make A Video of your wifes! thumbs up so twins see this

  • Buy a good pullup bar. buy a dip belt and do weighted chin ups. Best upper body excersise. Also do weighted chair dips great tricep exercise. And a few dumbbells from 15 do 40 pounds, you can build a an above average body with those weights.

  • Haha, I love these guys!

  • nice video gave it a thumbs up, glad your helping out the people that are less fortunate then others and can't afford a gym membership, i was in the same position when i was in my teens and then bought 60lbs worth of adjustable dumbbells at walmart and built a nice solid physique, still have the dumbbells to this day

  • how the fk can he not afford supplements and gym membership if he frequently eats chicken and rice LOL...I'm lucky if i get chicken everyday lol - that sht isn't exactly cheap!

  • @karchun9860 because chicken is only about a dollar a pound and rice is cheap. Basic food are cheap, its npt like hes wasting money on cheetos or something

  • What kind of a dumbass would invest in the rack rather than dumbbells

  • What a feelin when they get into the video and you think they are talking to you directly!

    how was alternants feeling?^^

  • Perfect Men!

    Thanks!

  • Jimmy Struthers say he bought the rack and he getting all kinds of gains

  • fuck scooby...

  • " Chicken! That's great man! I love me some chicken man"

  • AYE MANE YOU NEED A BARBER MANE? THATS GOOD MANE CUS YO SHAPE UP ALL FUCKED UP MANEE

  • great vid guys.. definitely some good advice there!

  • THIS IS WHAT I SAY. NO GYM? BUY A PULL UP BAR AND SOME CHEAP WEIGHTS. GO TO ISOHUNT AND DOWNLOAD P90X FOR FREE (DONT BUY THAT SHIT, I DIDNT) GOT MONEY? HIT THE FUCKING GYM

  • Can't I just use my mushroom tip as a shake-weight and jack my way to a buff body

  • @dreamboynyc2 You won't get a buff body but if you double pump that bitch you'll get arms like Popeye!

  • For Back... Buy the $20 pull up bar from Wal-mart. It will not work for tall lanky guys, or fat asses, but for me @ 170ibs 5'9 it is perfect.

  • I'm a broke fuck too. For chest and triceps - If you have little brothers and/or cousins, have them sit on your upper back when you do push-ups. My little brothers weigh 80 and 100ibs. I weigh 170ibs and have found this to be very effective and completely safe. When I can't do the last rep I just tell them to get up. Using different hand positions, this has worked really great for me and helped me gain mass.

  • @dnnspv2 a petite girlfriend works awell

  • I play highschool football and I'm built more than most my team, even though I'm a mesomorph and I don't use any supplements. I can also barbell bench press 135 pounds for 5-7 reps depending on the day but with dumbbells I can only bench press 90 pounds for that many reps. If you're in this situation, then buy dumbbells. You can do every movement with them too except squat kind of hurts your wrists if you use dumbbells. If your school has a weight room like mine, use that. I just came back

  • hell yeah i got like my entire home gym off of craigslist, bench with a squat set up with over 300 lbs of plates for like $100. then got some dumbbells, EZ curl bar, pull up bar, i'm set.

  • you guys have hit a niche of comedy and bodybuilding tips! you guys need a twitter account!!!

  • I just wank.every day but one arm is bigger than the other rofl

  • i got lucky i bought a machine for 90 bux at a yar sale! brand new fat ass guy never used it ull be surprised on what u can find at a yard sale. i have dumbbells n curl bar n all that stuff too some yard sale some new but used weights are just as good!

  • holy shit that question sounded like it was written by me

  • i started off with a bench and a shit load of all dumb bells and i saw alot of improvements

  • No money for muscle, though money for internet service and computer?

  • Here's my advice: DON'T invest in any stupid tv infomercial crap.. ONLY buy Dumbbells/Barbells and free weights if you want to work out at home. Best thing you can do tho, is get a gym membership. Gyms MIGHT seem expensive but I guarantee you that if you actually bother LOOKING you will find a good deal somewhere. If all else fails go to PlanetFitness.. I was paying $10 there a month for a black card membership. I quit later tho because I went back to my old pro gym, smaller, but better.

  • @Sigrafix thats what they just fuckin said in the video....dumbass

  • @Sigrafix if you are serious about working out, just get a power rack, bench, weights, dumbbells, barbells

  • Scooby1961's channel is what you need if you want to know more about home workouts! His channel got me into fitness and has given me great results! :)

  • @Behindspace90

    scooby is the dumbest faggot

  • @TheExterminator420

Very good of you to give clear argumentation with that statement.

  • Im ripped and i trained at first with 2 schoolbags filled with 26 pounds of books and rocks in each!haha

  • you guys are are funny as fuck

  • for 100-150 bucks he could get himself a damn membership LOL

  • I like when they answer questions. I can usually learn from it.

  • the rack 30 Day Trial $14.99* Plus 4 Monthly Payments of $39.99 + Shipping & Handling............. umm ok just invest in a gym membership

  • You can build all kinds of muscle with resistance & Pilates bands....But it's just advice fella's!

  • and you don't need the gym you just use youtube videos to help you do the exercise

  • hey dude if your finding it hard than go for some resistance bands their only like 10 to 20 dollars compared to weights and yes I know its not the safest way but it can still get you results! :) hope you will get out of your bad position good luck in the future

  • bitch, its christmas soon, ask santa claus to bring you some dumbells and a barbell

  • I have a homemade pullup bar, it has concrete lumber and steel, that shit ain't goin nowhere

  • I made mine own weights, cost £20 I got 2 20kg from it!

  • I thought y'all were smart. You're forgetting playgrounds, where they have bars and shit everywhere.

  • @mcortezzzzzzz what was the point of writing this your just insulting them and saying shit someone has already said go away !

  • @ByManHD95 sorry if i insulted you by insulting them, which is what you thought i was doing. i'm not trying to insult them though. many people say things and that may indicate that they have knowledge in something, but in reality they just think they're omniscient. and I apologize...I did not know that someone else wrote something similar as I had done. at least I admit that I don't know everything ;) and why go away when I'm helping someone by adding on to what they're saying hah.

  • Where there's a will, there's a way!

    Awesome guys :)

  • Gud advice guys , gud looking out ya'll !

  • @twinmuscleworkout the info you two give out on these videos are great & ithank you because I've actually availed some of your advice. the endings are the best though, that shit's hilarious ..

  • CHARLES ATLAS TECHNIQUES !

  • @Gemsoulful I actually order a membership to 24 hr fitness from costco.com. Its like $320 for 2 yrs, which is like breaks down to like $12 a month.

  • Make question & answers videos please where you answer multiple questions in 1 video =) thumbs up if you agree! Also, what is your email adress that we can send questions to?

  • btw do u do cardio before or after lifting (im trying to get lean)

  • @MrWowfail after

  • the park near me has no pull bars or dip bars :(

  • Also eggs is a cheap source of protein, but if you eat say 6 eggs a day or more etc make sure only 2 of them have the yolk in. definately no more than that. Wash it down with a glass of skimmed milk, just advice though.

  • no chance to gain muscle without the gym,but hope dies last :P

  • @MegaTM92 so does your spelling but hey, we can't all win.

  • can anyone get back to me on their opinion on taking sus & fish oil pills? to make sure that sus doesn't get you fat

  • Thats my favourite. I used to go in my local park where we had - 1 pull up bar and another dip bar and i created myself 45min 15 killing set routine 3 time a week which had great effect

  • HodgeTwins Rule!

  • cool shyt guys

  • Take a simple bag, fill it with some weigths, put it on so it doesn't fall off. and do pushups.

  • "You dont need supplements to build muscle" , but by how much % would it be more effective in gaining muscle if i was using supllements? thanks

  • @tehBLAX Depends what supplements. Creatine and a pre-workout are the only two that would really be more effective than nothing, but it's not dramatically more effective. Whey protein is handy and gets protein to the muscles faster than a whole meal.

  • @Jamielost ahhh thanks, so its basically for when your not getting enough protein you use it right? or do you use it even if youve eaten alot of protein

  • @tehBLAX I use it post-workout in the main, but yeah I also use it if I feel I haven't eaten enough protein in any given day.

  • i think he meant summarize

  • THANK YOU! you told us the main things to do :D

  • Wtf is a ectomorph?

  • @ilovehonda20

its a type of natural body shape, theres 3, ectomorph (skinny) Mesomorph (medium build) and endomorph (fat/large body)

  • @ilovehonda20 someone skinny and thin

  • Omg i send that message.
