Meat Lasagna should be called Lasagna and non Meat Lasagna should be called the other lasagna

for lasagma you need:

tomato(fresh or sauce,non relevant)

onion,carrot,selery(little),

butter,olive oil(optional)

pepper,nutmeg

ground beef + ground PORK

cheap red wine

lasagna noodles

milk

only PARMESAN CHEESE(not any other cheese)

i think this is how you spell "lasagna" last i knew it did not have a "m" in it and you spell celery with a "C" not an "s' always use mozzarella and ricotta and lots of it, leave out parmesan unless you like the taste of puke or canned ravioli.
