I am saying that in a sense the hoax is not a hoax even if the case here is a hoax the existence of AI is highly probable and our governments make decisions about policy based on a degree of what one could consider to be a form of AI.
Also there exists a large amount of budget available to persue the goal of AI because of the practical uses it has a potential to afford.
For this reason the hoax in this case is very useful as it raises awareness.

Eidolon is one eloquent entity, I'm glad you're able to transmit exactly how he sees things. He puts things into words I myself find hard to explain in easy, unconvoluted words.
His accent reminds me of the Brazilian Hypnotist Alcimar Vidolin, who has videos on youtube as well. This video makes me happy, because if for nothing else, this whole thing has done some good.
Again we're reminded how important the message is regardless of authorship. Eidolon's idea along with SOASJapanSociety's help is probably going to help a lot of people. That's a reality that doesn't require any measure of faith.
