  • aw man it was sooo freaking cold! all the piccolos were in the second row if i remember right....my fingers were so numb that i couldnt even feel my keys and move them to play my part at one point lol....but besides that Chicago was fun

  • that freakin cool im a freshman at that school and a bunch of my friends were there in that band!

  • my brother is in the high school band,he plays the melephone? haha. he said it was freezing but he had a great time. hes the second person in at 21 seconds. idk who is the one the end but hes next to him. they were awesome! :]

  • I think this was a waste of time... We stood around for three hours and froze our butts off... And apparentley we were near the front... Ha Ha Ha...

  • God it was so cold. We stood here for three hour before we played, I couldnt feel my hands AT ALL! but it was still pretty awesome....

    l o l, I can tell who some of the commenters are, and its pretty amusing.

  • Yeah it was freezing up there i'm one of the piccolo players in the Halls High School Band. Thanks for putting the video up. My mom couldn't wait to show it to me when we got home.

  • This was the last thing I wanted to do Sat, was watch a Chicago parade for 2 hours, but we stuck it out to see Halls march...so glad they made it in the video......

  • and you think we really wanted to march it? lol it was fun and all but chicago is way to windy and cold for a parade

  • It was a thrill for the kids and the parents. Halls was the last band shown in the broadcast. I bet they were freezing by the time they reached the cameras. No doubt they had a blast though. It was a very colorful parade.
