  • where do you recommend sitting?

  • Saw this in 1997, my first Cirque show. Absolute brilliance. Got the soundtrack too; the music is amazing. I'd love to see it again

  • Cirque's finest, along with Alegria, Quidam, anything with Franco Dragone and Cirque, and Varekai and Kooza as well :)

  • @matttolton Was the music live as well? I've seen "O" and Alegria and I am thinking this is next on my list in mid Nov in Vegas!!!

  • THE BETTER I LIKE SEE YOU AGAIN IN LAS VEGAS :)

  • Such a fabulous show!!!!!! Went to see it a few years ago, Absolutely loved every second of it!!!! 5/5 on every aspect. (Of course, it could have been because it was my first Cirque Du Soleil show, but I still love it to death!)

  • @sunsetantiques it was my first Cirque show too! I was seven years old though so i can't remember too much of it today. I am 13

  • I loved the show, but the music is friggin amazing! I remember trying to decide which I loved more- the music or the show? I decided I love both equally :]

  • I had the pleasure to see this show at TI hotel in Las Vegas last 2002. I´ll never forget!

  • Hey my mother and my little sister and i are goin to las vegas this end of may for ufc fan expo and i was wondering do you think my mother n lil sister will enjoy dis Mystère Show??

And Last is this from the Movie Knock Up??? And is it Totally the Buy of the Show Like out of 5 stars how would you rate??

    Thank you

  • @Punchy871 Sorry this is kind of late, but I really hope your mother and sister watched this show! I was the very first Cirque show I watched and it really set my impression of them. This is one of the most essentially CIRQUE DU SOLEIL productions in terms of its acrobatics and circus humor. I loved every minute of it! (Though in all honestly, all the Cirque shows in Vegas are amazing with the exception of Believe! They had such a good track record until that god-awful show...)

  • Cirque Du Soleil inspired My high school dance team and we have been wining our every competetion because no other school has the style that we have like cirque Du soleil, youtube " Sanger High Lipsync 2009 " for a great performance or just go to my page i have it uploaded :) thank you

  • me encanto la musica del show, y la interpretacion de los tambores.

aaa y el bebesote y el loco jeje

  • I'VE SEEN THIS SHOW well OVER 40 TIMES. can't you tell i love this show?!? <333333 ahhhhh

  • was a really great show!

  • omg i really hope they have all theyre shows on dvd cause i wanna see em

  • :D i saw this last month. that one guy kept playing pranks on me and he smacked numerous buckets of popcorn off my head and pulled out a fake bra from my moms shirt hahaha XD

  • omg i saw this..it was AWESOME!!

  • i saw this 2 days ago in vegas.. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

  • Ive seen Alegria two times at the Beau Rivage in biloxi (With Francesca Gagnon) It was amazing!

  • Saw it three days ago. Honestly the best show I've ever seen. The two guys at 0:53 were especially beastly.

  • Saw it last night. Wonderful show. If you sit near the front (as i was in the front row), you may become a part of the show.

  • sorry i meant it was hilarious hahah :)

    & this comment was for

    pcjohn0308 :p oops

  • ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

i went to Vegas last week & saw it on Tuesday, it was definetily one of the best experiences of my life!!!

since i was like 8 years old i always dreamed about being able to experience Cirque Du Soleil & now that i did... i love it even more !!!

i know that many people say that there are better shows in town like "O" or "KA"

but the fact is, no matter what u see it will always leave u wanting more...

    EXPERIENCE MYSTERE...

IT WILL TAKE YOUR BREATH AWAY

  • You forgot "Alegria". :P

  • how does one get involved in these?

  • I saw this like Tuesday and it was awesome and funny. But this crazy dude kept coming out and frickin dumping popcorn on people and taping peoples mouths and everything. But it was funny. xD

  • I saw this in Vegas I was about five at the time, still remember it.....best performance I ever saw!!!! Nothing can entrap the beauty of the actual performance but nice attempt!!!!

  • i saw this wednesday night. its bad ass. i love cique du soleil shows. i've seen two of them and this is the best so far.

    :)

  • I'm planning on going to vegas in July, and i'm definitely gonna see a Cirque Du Soleil show, but i don't know which one to see. Which one is best...any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

  • We've seen Love, O, and Ka and our favorite by far is Love. We see it every time we visit Vegas. A more traditional Cirque show would be Mystere or O. O has many bad seats (limited view), so if you attend it, spend the extra $ to get a good view. But, in my opinion, Love is not only the best Cirque show, but the best show in Vegas.

  • i saw this is Las Vegas. Its absolutley amazingggg :D

  • WOW! going to see this Jan. 28, 2009 - cannot wait!

  • I saw saltimbanco, incredible

  • Each time we see it we think of the hard work that went into each posture. Imagine the hours of dedication and the level of trust one has to have built up to produce the strength, flexibility, balance and confidence that each stunt requires.

  • Cirque du Soleil is the coolest show u can EVER see its awesome i remember seeing this show it was amazing

  • Cirque du Soleil is not a single show - it's actually a production company which produces the shows (like Mystére, Ka etc.)

  • Amazing show but they cut out a couple characters, most notably the boy baby. There used to be two babies but now all the baby skits are done by the girl.

  • maybe u didn't get to see him that time but he's still part of the show, i went to see it last week & he was there :)

he played a lot of jokes on a woman sitting on the front row, poor lady he even dressed her up like a baby & made her push him around in a car, it hilarious...

    sorry u missed it :/

  • Hermoso deja sin aliento mil felicitaciones

  • Join the cirque du soleil club.

you can get tickets alot cheaper.

we payed only $60 for our tickets,

    the show rocked.

it's good no matter where u sit.

  • Is it worth being in the front area? I wanna see it so bad!

  • The Show's not playing anymore??? I have to see it!

  • The show is still at Treasure Island. We just saw it Dec 8. Still a great show.

  • i saw it a couple of days ago when i was at vegas, i was stayin at treasure island anyway and i also saw Ka

  • which one did you like better.. this was or KA??

  • honestly i liked mystere better since theres more acrobatic stunts but im a kid, but Ka was really good too ive seen mystere 2 times, really fun.

  • I saw this at Las Vegas!

  • Best show i've ever seen

    along with O

    great job Cirque Du Soleil!

  • I would deffnetly pay over $160 a ticket again to see that show again!!!

  • I am going tonight to see this @ Treasure Island. I cannot wait!!

  • what is taht called at 1:00

  • I loved the show!

I saw it at Treasure Island in Las Vegas.

  • i saw this a few months ago in las vegas as well!

  • i saw this show about a month ago

    it was amazing

    i loved it

i didn't want it to end

    ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

  • My friends and family saw this show a few days ago and said it was amazing. I was too busy having fun at the slots to go LOL.

  • You missed out. I saw this back in 1999-2000 in Las Vegas. Wanted to see it again but they were all sold out.

I love all their performances, ever since I was a little kid.

  • the name this song??

  • Finale, from the "Mystere: Live in Las Vegas" CD.

  • I went to see this show on friday! it was amazing! but the guy who does the back flip off the see saw missed the guys shoulders and broke his arm on stage!!!!

  • Oh my god, no way?!?!?! I saw it and I loved it, but I saw one while during the part where there are two people on trapeze and there are people jumping down and being thrown to the other part, a guy missed twice, it was kind of sad, really.

  • Cirque du Soleil is coming out with another amazing show but this time it's going to be at the Luxor in vegas. It will star Criss Angel, star of Mindfreak, and will be out next month. The shows called Believe, so watch out for it!!! for more info check out cirquedusoleil. com/believe

  • *.* looks fine! :)

  • Phenomenal show. Even the clown was fabulous, never mind the artists. Made suffering the incessant noise of the casinos worth it. If you like this and you're heading to Vegas, definitely get tickets to La Reve at the Wynn, another incredible show.

  • this was the best thing i ever saw! i listen to the CD practically every night now. once they have the whole show out on DVD, i'm getting it! can't wait to see it again

someday! hope others enjoyed it, too!

  • i saw it a few days ago with a girl as the baby ln LV and it was awesome. hilarious, mysterious, just wonderful

  • I just saw this in Las Vegas, it was AMAZING!! However, I hated the scenes with the man dressed as a baby.

  • the show was amazing, hell of a good time

  • Amazing. Definitly amazing.

  • i saw this last night it was a great show bit we were late and we missed like 300 mins of it ii love the baby part and he wet me with the water gun

  • I saw this a couple of years ago and it ruled........

  • I just saw that this week! i was chosen as the guy out of the audience to be the guy in the box! absolutely crazy performance! i'm still in awe....

  • Yes, there was a guy who had his head taped to his chair 2 nights ago. haha

  • omg i loved this show when I saw it in Vegas. My Aunt lived there so we go down there quite often! Amazing!!!

  • Once you've seen a Cirque Du Soleil, every other show you watch will be like "pshh, this is nothing!"

  • loved this show!!!

  • What are the two buff guys called?

  • Ah, the memories! I remember seeing this in person, and it is absolutely amazing!

  • i saw this show in las vegas....it was so cool! i was so amazed by what these people could do!

  • The FIREBIRd was intense he was the best charactor and so was the baby

  • it was hella amazing! i watched this last week it was GOOOD AND AWESOME!I LOVE VEGAS AND MYSTERE

  • I watched this the night before last, on my last night in Vegas. It was fantastic. I'm just confused though, because the person playing the firebird (Many sites state the firebird as being female) was male, and he was GOODLOOKING. He got up in my face during a tiny part of the show. I'm just wondering if anyone knows about this.

  • I was out in Las Vegas and just watched this show last Wednesday. The person playing the firebird that night was definitely male. I was sitting in the first row about a foot in front of a small platform and at one point during the show he leapt onto the platform, looked directly at me, winked, made a funny call, and dove back onto the stage. He was quite good looking. :D It was very interesting at the end of the show to see that he had blonde hair when he removed the hat of his costume.

  • It is usually played by a female performer. But in some performances the role can be played by another performer due to a variety of reasons.

  • I think the performer for the Firebird used to be female, but now it is male. The official website for Mystere has changed the description of the Firebird character to "he". And the Firebird in the show I saw last night was definitely male. The clown even made a show of mocking the Firebird's hairless chest!

  • The Firebird I saw 2 nights ago was male.

And I was facinated by his being. I saw all of the CDS shows, and to me, He represents Perfect "Cirqu Du Soleil" more than anybody since Francesca Gagnon.

    His appearance, performance, mysterious charm.

He got them all. Too bad I can't find his info.

  • I found the artist who plays the facinating Firebird.

He is an english man, Ross Gibson.

Just in case if anybody wanted to know.

  • I saw this show 5 years ago. It is absolutely marvelous, nothing compares to it. By far the best show on earth!!

  • CIRQUE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! i saw Varekai wen it was in NZ it was sooooooooo cool i was 3rd row from the front and right in the middle it was soooooooo cool!!!

  • My school's colorguard winterguard PPAACC show this year is based off of Mystere! Its sooo awesoe! We got first place today, yeah! Shove that Cheeto in your mouth and chew it!!! [insider] Haha! Congratulations Fruitvale AA Guard 2008!!! I love all of you!!!

  • haha i wish i could've been papa!

  • i saw it on monday

  • I was to AND IM 13 I GOT DRESSED UP LIKE A BABY AND PUT ON THE STAGE

  • what? have seen LE REVE @ wynn or KA @ mgm and i am not even going to mention O @ bellagio or LOVE...this is the most ridiculous show ever...it's like they've gathered pieces from different shows and put'em all 2gether to create one, i'd seen most of those moves @ the V show @ alladin a couple of years ago. i was in vegas last week and i was falling sleep during it and believe me i was not the only one..some people left during the show.

  • LOVE it!

  • Guys I was the papa on last sunday's show... What a ride!!!!

  • I saw this on Tuesday. Fantastic! I loved it! It was so amazing!

  • just came back from vegas. saw it on monday night. at one point during the show my friend had to tell me to close my mouth because my jaw was gaping open. mystere was absolutely epic!

  • If you hate circus shows so much, why do you then attend them? Go spend your $150 on a more worthwhile project like bar-crawling and ending up in a brothel???

  • AndyVegas73...sounds like you lost a lot of money gambling and are just pissed off at the world! This show was amazing!!!! Perhaps you should go see the Chippendales show..maybe you'll like that one better.

  • iv seen this show 15 times and every time i have been amazed

  • godd, mystere is the sexx!!

  • Yeah i saw it July 2nd 07 in Vegas thought it was rather amazing altho i would have to say i think Ka'"which i saw the next day on the 3rd" was better that stage was just too amazing

  • I saw this show last year to Las Vegas!!! FANTASTICO!!!!

    Regards from Italy

  • Where do you get these good videos?

  • saw this 2 years ago!!

  • Wife and I saw this when in Vegas for our first time - absolutely incredible show! Parts of it actually made me a little emotional. Someone by the hotel pool told us (before we went to see it) that they fell asleep during Mystere and that Carrot Top was the best Vegas show going right now.

    I thought, "You're a damn retard, then..."

  • sencillamente precioso

  • What the f*ck was that fat thing on stilts? This has to be the most bizarre one yet. Must see it!

  • I saw this live in Las Vegas, it was awesome! thanks for reminding me the memories I've had with mystere =]

  • the baby's laugh is hilarious

  • I just saw it this Wednesday. [july 18th] it was awesome!!!! i LOVE the baby part in the beginning!!! "papa!!!!" and when he threw the ball back and forth...so cute. yet so hilarious. i also like the pole climbers....amazing!!!

  • BorEdZz, you won't believe this, but I WAS PAPA on the 18th. It was a total shock to me, but it was incredible. I always wondered if the audience participants were plants. Now, at least I know not all are!! I can't believe you were there that night and saw me on stage! Kind of like stretching my 15 minutes out a bit :)

  • Haha...no way!!! =) wow...what a small world after all huh?? Yeah, I'm sure some shows have PLANNED audience participation and some don't...and now I know Mystere doesn't! =) wow...i still can't believe i'm talkin to the guy that was "papa." The "baby act" was sooooo cute, but I bet you if i came close to him, he is probably nothing but ugly and scary looking...since hes a grown man playing a baby and all. How was it like backstage when he took you in?

  • Dark and smoky. It all happened so fast. We busted through the doors on the golf cart and then there is an immediate ramp down to the next level. They had me jump off the cart and stand on two footprints over the baby costume. Then like three of the ladies dressed me :)

  • There are little cubbies back there where two or three ppl were getting costumed up. There are so many walls and beams and whatnot though that it was hard to see too much. I saw a wall covered in the masks they use throughout the show though. That was cool.

  • Wait, I forgot to ask you were you in the first show or the second show? I was at the 9:30pm show.

  • Yep. it was the 9:30 show. I was down in the front row. The ball landed off to the right of me about 4 or 5 seats, but no one would get up, so I did. I had on a white short sleeve dress shirt and grey slacks.

  • hehe i remember that part! =) no one wanted to get the ball since it was stuck on some railings right? and then the "baby" got all sad...hehe so adorable!!

  • I saw it in Vegas a couple of months ago. It´s the only show I´ve seen. I heard this is the best one..is it? Thanks for sharing!

  • I have the soundtrack and I definetly love it!

  • i saw this show a couple years ago in vegas. it is the best show ever. <3

  • Best show in Vegas. Talk about sensory overload from the beginning. Soo much to see and every seat is a good seat.

  • I saw this in march and thought it was gonna be a kiddie thing and I LOVED it! I have the soundtrack playing right now! I DEFINATELY want to go see it again!

  • I haven't seen Mystere, but I have seen Ka and the O show and they were both really awesome! Cirque Du Soleil rules!

  • I've seen a few of their performances, and Mystere was the most recent (seven years ago). I loved it. I encourage everyone to go see it.

  • Fantastic!! I just saw this last month and I have been awe struck ever since. It was the first Cirque I had ever seen and it was life changing to see and hear such beauty and grace that is the art and artists of Mystere'. Thanks for posting this. Cirque!

  • I saw this show 5 or so years ago and the memory of it still fills me with wonder and awe. It was my first show also and left the theatre with tears in my eyes and unable to articulate the beauty that has touched me ever since. I wish the same for you NorCal. : )
