Congrats!!! I'm in school now for social work. More people should consider adopting, so many kids AND TEENS (dont forget them) need families. Kids go thru soooo much that even adults cant handle.

Thanks miloanddaisy113. We have been together for over 20 years & we both have wanted adoption since before we even met. We have purposely surrounded ourselves with friends who have successful marriages & adoptive children. In addition to reading up on this very issue we just really place our faith in God to get us through life. We view children as a gift & family as central to our personal happiness. I hope these precautions will help us make it & well. Thanks for your concern :)
