aww he sleep on the i think karpet, soooo cute, mine where living in a very big cage and where hyper actives xD it was funny when i was releasing them in the house they where going nuts ! runing everywhere and keep hiding my cats toy under the furnitures xD
Yes, that is typical ferret behaviour. This ferret is sick. If your ferret ever becomes this calm and lethargic, take him to a vet.
We have 3 other ferrets now. The two younger ones also run around like crazy and hide things. THAT is healthy ferret behaviour! : ) It is also fun for us, humans to watch.
Very sad, they seem to be plagued with health problems. I am new to ferret ownership and have had not had one get sick yet. My first ferret went missing at 18mths and my two new ferrets are still babies. This adrenal disease seems to be very common, it's a worry.
Just want to let you and others know that a balding tail ALONE is not sign of adrenal disease. Many ferrets have this and are not adreanl. Balding that spreads up the haunches and/or thinning fur are signs of adrenal disease.
aww, that's adorable...But does your ferret have adrenaline? or some other illness, seems very tired and with the tail having no fur, it just seems like its a sign of it.
none the less...the thought of buying your ferret a gift for xmas is wonderful!
Thanks for your post and concern about our ferret. He had been under long term veterinary care with daily medications, Lupron injections and a Waltham diet. He did have adrenal disease ... among other health problems. He had had surgery about a year prior for gall stones. He also had stomach and liver problems. Not too long after this video ... on January 25th 2008, Furret, had to be humanely euthanized. He was our first ferret and we still miss him.
I see you have a Wii. Nice
