@16tandrews Yes, the higher the level the more retention points you have to defeat to remove the weapon for use. Level one uses friction Level two uses friction and one manual point.Level three use friction and two manual points. there is no level four that I know of.
What does level 3 and 2 mean? Are they different levels of security?

@16tandrews Level 2 is passive retention with a button lock on the trigger guard and level 3 is both of those plus a hood over the firearm.
