I can barely hear your voice but I will tell you what it is not: You have a good stable idle which means no air leaks. I would pull off the transmission side cover and replace the belt, check the clutch and make sure there is no OIL on the belt or clutch pads. clean the carb, it is simple, put new spark plug in and maybe check and replace the reed valve reed. Whatever is wrong with it, it sounds simple to fix, too bad you dont live near here or I would take a look at it. Motor sounds good. RH
