Is this healthy?! I mean seriously, what happens to some of the joints and the soft tissue holding them together? Just wondering if anyone knows! No question though - quite amazing, and definitely an effect of a lot of hard work!
@zuevaxcy23 Oh.. I am so sorry.. did my question offend you? I forgot idiots r not allowed on youtube, i better remove my account quickly.. you may consider that too.. and next time, think before you speak... respect is a very good quality, which you obviously lack...
@gtokarsk Yes it offended me. I had to go to my living room and watch Joel Osteen's motivational sermons until I felt better. Then I proceeded to cut myself.
Next time don't leave a rhetorical question, especially one as ignorant as yours.
@zuevaxcy23 Well, hope u got over it. And trust is earned, respect is something we should give to everybody. Curious.. why did you think the question was ignorant? Have you googled anything lately? On every subject possible there are many hits on pretty much ever point of view feasible... And I actually did do some research.. figured there may be someone here who knows the answer from an... experience point of view.. if it's not you, why did you answer? despair dot com can help u recover.
@zuevaxcy23 Wtf? Why do you even care? Do you plan on being a contortionist? Would contortionists continue to contort if it became painful to the point that they could not contort anymore? I've never been very flexible but at the beginning of this year, I made a gymnastics goal. One hour of stretching in the morning and one hour of calisthenics (body weight training) in the afternoon and three hours once a week at open practicing tumbling.
@zuevaxcy23 Well, I was just interested.. alot of sports can be painful and bad for you if taken too far. And yes, many people still do it, even if it's not for the $ or some other reason that's immediately understood by those who do not care for the given sport... I figured being flexible is one thing, but being flexible to that point is another story, seeing some videos on training from quite a young age, with some help from trainers.. that does not look a bit comfortable!
Nice pink bits :)
