Yes, I did have a problem with that light. (I sold the car already)
The brakes were not Toyota units, instead they were GM's ABS system.. and didn't work well. Whenever the light was on, the car deactivated the ABS function, and the brakes became regular old brakes. Not much fun in the snow.

woo! go geo! man i love my prizm's raw power too, going on to 120,000 miles now and still has a smooth ride to it and goes to 100mph
