Just because a melody is "old" doesn't mean it's something to be relegated to history---as a matter of fact, I prefer to hear the more traditional Albanian, Kosovar, and Montenegrin melodies iver much of the canned commercial stuff that we see on CDs in Little Italy in the Bronx and that Albanian enclave in Staten Island just a few blocks from where one gets off from the ferry boat...
