My preferred method of getting into that cave is loading up on grenades and tossing them in. The zombies usually get themselves into pits and holes where a grenade blasts them to shreds and detonates their own bombs.
I thought I was awesome for just directly smashing my rocket head on into the cave and taking out a couple zombies before getting in and out with just my default pistol on the "brain robot".
This would be the latest released version, Build 22. If you want more thrust out of your side thrusters, tap the button quickly in succession. And yeah, I've been playing the game for a good two and a half years, so I'm horribly adjusted to the controls - getting a rocket into a tunnel like that is far from easy, as is getting the Brain Robot's jetpack to keep him aloft without running out of power or causing damage :P
When the Brainbot was secured in the loading bay you should have closed the door and turn of the engines for a second. BAM! Squishy Zombie X_X
Which version was that by the way? The rockets in the build I use seem to explode by accident sometimes. They burn the cargo as soon as they droped it off and in 80% of all cases don't even manage to lift off again. If I control the Rocket the side thruster is too weak to bring it back in position when it passed an angle of 40 degree.

You use delivery ships to do these things. I use the big 2 rocket drop ships to nuke a field when things get tough XD

Very epic. I'm going to try the same thing but fail miserably. My rocket flying isn't the problem - the brain bot is just too delicate for me. ;)
