You have been thru quite a journey! I commend you and I pray that you are able to love yourself on a deeper level. Beauty is only skin deep and as females we have tons of pressure to be perfect, a perfection we will never achieve because it is false. I have had some cosmetics surgeries and I am not sure if I had the chance to do it over if I would, how do you feel now once your journey is almost complete?

Hi - I just wanted to let you know that you videos were very helpful to me in the weeks leading up to my panniculectomy. I just had my surgery yesterday and thanks to your videos, I knew what to expect. I am in a bit of pain but not bad. The Dr. took 8 lbs off, but I am not seeing that on the scale yet. I am excited for my follow-up appt on Monday so that I can see what it looks like under my compression garment and bandages! Thanks again for your posts!

I just went to see a plastic surgeon today for my breast reduction & Panniculectomy. I am a post gastric bypass patient who has lost 120 pounds in 18 months. I pray that TriCare (military insurance) will pay for everything. Girl you really look good, congrats on your weight loss & surgery!!

@Bamboo2you I hear you there, I figured I might when I went to have gastric bypass, but I have always had that belly that hung... now that it is gone - I am SHOCKED!! Amazed at what I have been missing... My dog earlier was laying its head on my thighs, and I realized even after surgery she could do that, and I no longer had to sit up or reach further... and I also was able to fix my eyebrows without having to hang over the counter.... This is the best decision Ive ever made!!
