Alitalia is the worst airline. It's a shame that such an airline operates from western europe. But anyway, italy is a special country. A lot of things can be found there that are expected only from african countries

That's great and all. Nice video. But I hate it when people present symbols of other countries (i.e. Alitalia), and play an American song. pfff. Yeah, the planes are made from abroad - not much you can do about that. But really, what's the point to give your own twist on such a beautiful creation and ruin it? Play some Italian songs!
the fleet is getting old i was 5 times last month with Alitalia, some of the planes really need to stop flying, and the personel is so bitchy on some planes, + italian ENGLISH who on earth understands that?

The flight from Munic to Milan on 07 sep was handeled by a Embraer 145, the flight from milan to istanbul was handeled by an Airbus 320 but the flight was 2 hrs in delay, they told us they had problems with toiletts, but I think it was a other problem....

My flights back to munich were without an delay!
Istanbul Milan was handeled by an Airbus 320 again,
Milan Rome was handeld by an very old MC D 80,
Rome Munich with an comfortable seat at the ermergency exit with an embraer 145.
The service was very good!
