I note there was a lot of media coverage of Boris's visit to Ruislip.Let.s hope he stays as Mayor of London. More trust-worthy than Livingstone.

You tell them Boris, the consultation in Ruislip was rubbish, look at some of the HS2 videos on this site, their CEO was at a loss when questioned. Dump the whole scheme, use the money for what is really needed, hospitals, Armed Forces, our road and rail system.Sort out metal theft, they stole my gates! Boris, the tunnel should start at Old Oak Common and go through to, at least, beyond the Breakspear Road and if deep enough , under the lakes and on to Denholm and beyond.After all, the Channel Tunnel is about 35 miles long under the sea. Better still, get rid of the silly scheme altogether. They have wasted enough money talking about it !
