It's not restored. It is a replica created from two actual aircraft recovered from Ballale Island. The actual zeros were used as patterns to create this aircraft. It is referred to as the Blayd Zero. Although it is a fine piece of craftsmanship and a joy to watch fly, it is in fact a "new build Zero".
