The one thing I really hated about that 1/18th part 2 die cast model (I have one myself) is that they put the OUTATIME plate on it. I don't know why that plate is so overrated, but I prefer the barcode. It's part 2, put the right plate on. That's why I prefer the part 3 version of it more, they included that, finally.

I plastered over that outatime with my own barcode plate. Looks much better, I think.

I myself only today got my Welly Back To The Future part 1 model delorean, I prefer to take the lightning rod off. It makes it look more like the generic BTTF delorean rather than the version from the lightning scene. The rod is really cool though.

@speederice yea the hotwheels ones are realy cool. i ended up buying 28. so do u own a real delorean yet or just the toys. i managed to get my hands onto a delorean last year which was in the 2004 show. im surprised how smooth it runs. a little slow but who cares its my favourite car and i dont need to go fast. nice work on the vid. in aus the delorean collectors toys are $125 each. i dont know whether to get version 2 or 3... thats all they had. what would u recomend?

Hmm, that'll happen with the DiCast metal. Kind of funny that the actual DeLorean wouldn't really rust because of the stainless steel.

My advice is to just dust them regularly and make sure you keep it away from water. Maybe put it in a case or something? Hope that helps.

There was also a 3-car set of micro-machine sized cars. Besides the DeLorean, there was the 2015 police car and taxi. Galoob didn't make it. Some knock-off called Sunrise or Funrise (can't recall) made it.

I also found one on a trip to Florida that was larger than the matchbox size but smaller than the 1/24 size. Not much detail but not bad.

For the DeLorean model kit I got a light kit that came with it, so the inside can light up as well as the flux kit.

Awsome collection. Wow, you gave me a flash back when I saw the McDonnalds toys. I had the Delorian w/ Doc in it, have the Johny Lightning, my uncle has the BTTF 3 of those 4 part series, a model kit from when I was lil, me and my uncle both have the 1:18 scale time machine models and I have the regular 1:18 Delorean and a rev up toy from Universal Studios. Wish I could get a decent GTAVC Delorean mod again :D

Great collection!, I used the schematics of the actual car to build my 5th scale lego replica and then used the sunstar bttf 2 delorean for the time details. I did the robotic doors just for the look. Keep it up, there are a few others you don't have yet.
