hehehe, I am 18 and still cry just hearing this song. cried when i got there in the game too, just last year. This is THE saddest part in any Final Fantasy game, in my opinion. and like previously mentioned, I am happy that there are still people who have the old games and let their kids play them. First time I saw this game I was seven. Twelve years ago.

My brother borrowed this game and he and his friend hooked up the playstation in our living room and sat down and played the game. My mom however looked at the CD cover seeing it was rated for ages 11+, I was only 7 so they were told to bring it elsewhere and play the game out of my sight. But that did not stop me. It only took me to see the opening sequence and see Cloud jump off the train... And already I played the game in secret.

Aerith's death didn't bother me that much as I never had her in the party it was always Cloud, Tifa and Barret for me, and the date scene Cloud had was with Yuffie XD, The highest level i got Aerith up to was Level 17 which was a pain in the part where you had to have her in your party

FFX was the easiest FF in the series. FF7 was fairly difficult, and beating the weapons and everything else without logging 100+ hours (without cheating) is nearly impossible.

Whereas I overtrained so hard in FFX without realizing it that Jecht (sorry spoiler) was 3-hit ez. And that was like 15 hours gameplay... too easy tbh.
