  • my boy mercola bringing the truth to the table as usual. so blessed for the info he puts out consistently

  • In Hungary nobody is cared about vitamin D. But everybody is scared of skin cancer. We could hear doctors talking about the "bad" sunlight and they say: use sunblock cream, don't tan, don't use sunbed, because you will die. There is no news about vitamin d at all.

  • Should vitamin d be taken on an empty stomach for the immune system or with food?

  • @razer7echo

makes no difference, vitamin D gets stored in fat anyway

  • @gledalac1979 Since Vitamin D is stored in fat, does having more fat decrease you blood levels of vitamin D or does having more fat 'drain' the fat from the blood to keep it in adipose tissue.

  • I know that you need more vitamin D if you have more fat. The fat in the body is converted when there is too much sugar for storage, The less sugar you have the more fat will be taken and depleted.

  • Hi .. have a look at this page on the Mercola site,

mercola (dot)com/article/vitamin-d-resources.htmI think this will answer your questions. Also products(dot)mercola(dot) com/vitamin-d-spray/

  • @razer7echo "Should vitamin d be taken on an empty stomach for the immune system or with food?"

Studies show Vitamin D3 absorption is greatly increased by taking it with food.

  • Doc, what are your thoughts on Psorlean + UVA (PUVA) treatment for Psoriasis, is it safe? or is it going to give my mother some skin cancer or something?

    Thanks in advance

  • Any thoughts, Dr M , about the role of Vitamin D supplementation and UVB therapy in LSEA (an autoimmune condition also known as white spot disease or white spot scleroderma) ??

Sufferers are pretty well rummaging in the dark here

I've long considered that this is the product of genetics combined with chronic dietary abuse. I don't go for genetic determinism and side pretty well with Bruce Lipton's view on genes interacting with the environment, with diet being a primary influencing factor

  • oops, I'm sure he didn't mean it like that. I assume he's hoping people that are wanting to improve their health are watching.

  • This is a great intro and it also applies to other areas of life in terms of how new technologies , ideas, religions etc. are opposed as they spread into society.

All these so called cancer and disease societies, fundraiser groups are one of the barriers to natural remedies, dietary cures for health problems as they are usually front groups for Big Pharma and oppose any thing that is unpatentable or actually cures a condition

"The Church of Scientology of Canada attempted to suppress the book [Scandal of Scientology] in libraries in Canada. In June 1974, libraries were advised that if they do not remove the books Scientology: The Now Religion, Inside Scientology, The Scandal of Scientology and The Mind Benders from their shelves, they would be named in a lawsuit. Two different library boards in Ontario, Canada had been served with writs." - wikipedia (reference: Winnipeg Free Press, 27 June 1974)

  • keep the good information coming Dr

  • Thank you, Dr.. One question: Do you think Kevin Trudeau is a hack, controlled opposition(not meaning to ask if you're a conspiracy theorist there), or sincerely trying to better the world such as yourself?

  • Mercola and Kevin are best of friends dude

  • @zorkntatertotter2 But you're not Dr. Mercola, are you? I'm sure this happens on many other youtube channels, but people here tend to feel the authority to answer for the person that is being asked a question. It's getting annoying. Why would I take someone else's word for it? Thanks, but you're wasting your time.

  • hahaaa . . . . who am i for you to believe. YOU jus wasted your time with such a long comment . . . you seem edgy . . take some vitamin D3, you will soon calm down friend

  • Comment removed

  • @zorkntatertotter2 That's long to you? That's sad. It took me seconds to put that down in almost perfect grammar. Trust me, I'm not edgy, just annoyed by recurring ignorance. Why would someone feel their statement on a subject would suffice for the actual person that is being asked the question answering? If they don't answer, so what? I've studied Taosim and Buddhism since I was 14 and I'm 35 now, so that helps me remain calmer than you may realize.

  • relax now relaaaX . jus close yur eyes . . . lift your arms high up in the air . . . breeeathe iiin . . breeeeeath aouuut . . and repeat . . "everythings gonna be fine" . . over and over till you calm down . .

  • @zorkntatertotter2 You must be reeeetaaarrrdeeed.

  • you sure yur 30 sumtin . . you have yet to master control over yourself . . . you sound like an 18 year old . . . jus close your eyes . . and drift away . . faar faaar awaaay . .

  • @zorkntatertotter2 I have complete control over myself. What makes you think I might not have wanted to say anything that I've said? I wouldn't take back one word. Bye now.

  • . :) .

  • I remember sending you a question on youtube and you not responding back. Forgot what I asked, but it was important, guess I ended up getting help somewhere else, thanks.

  • he's more likely to respond on his Facebook, also he might be snowbirding to Hawaii pretty soon, so who knows how much he keeps up with viewer inquiries, when he's enjoying life there.
