I'm (hopefully) starting a civil engineering degree in September. My dad is a civil engineer and can get me all engineering software like autocad and he said he could get it for me before I start my degree just to have a play around on.
My question is just would you recommend a macbook pro for engineering programmes such as autocad, like are they worth it for running such programmes?
