This pedal is worth the money, you will find you will use it alot! the pedal is very quiet compared to other stuff. the sound is super transparent! doesn't have abit of mud at all! very alive/clean/sparkle sounding, very very very good for strats, especially if you want to boost and make things sound stronger when your using the bridge pick-up :)

I have a Roland CubeX80 combo, that has builtin amp models, but it is not a tube amp. It sounds really like a tube amp, I am happy with it.

Since I use a strat guitar do you think I might need a pedal like this? Cos everywhere I read, these are recommended for tube amps.

Yeah... I noticed that Gearwire got rid of the wierd emo guy that would take 5 minutes to show you all the stuff that came in the box, then talk about how sturdy the pedal is for another 5 minutes, then talk about his Black Beauty for 5 minutes, then plug into a horrible amp, then play some crappy 1/3 jazz, 1/3 emo, and 1/3 rock for 1 minute...play it very badly and call it a review. I guess they are trying to make amends.

Proguitarshop, and guitar world is the only place for good reviews.

I think your right. They found him on the streets, gave him a bag of pot, and told him to "Go make some noise in front of a camera... and make sure you tell them what is in the box besides the actual product!"

I remember once, they posted an 8 min video and 6 minutes of it was going over his guitar, and the paper work that came with the pedal. I think it was for the EVH Phaser.

I am repeating myself but it bothered the hell outta me when he would go through the stupid booklets in the boxes!!!
