@Inviz01 One of the key reasons for 16+ is that you can direct a business at that age, well if the business even has a website it's going to want to use Google and G+ is clearly useful in search rankings. I see your point about 13+ and I don't mind too much.

@Volta500 Well, it's basically what age you gave when you made either Gmail or YouTube account. If you said there you're over 18, then Google+ will think the same thing. At least that's what I assume. o.o
