He threw himself onto his own head - against rules.

You can throw your opponent onto his head but you must not throw your own into the mat.

Kenzo didn't "curl" into the throw so he didnt get the DQ. It looked like Jimmy just won by decision cause he wouldn't raise his hands if he beat him by a penalty. Those two a pretty good friends.
