I remeber Ace saying in an interview that he and Peter were only allowed one song each on the Psycho Circus album. Mainly because they did not take part in many of the recordings. I think it's bs. This was by far the best song on the cd and I think Gene and Paul kept it from release to tame Ace.

@cleanandsober2009 : doesn't really make sense for paul and gene to insist ace and peter only get 1 song each on psycho circus. especially after peter was named mvp of the reunion tour by paul himself. and they really wouldn't have had to replace any of their songs with the length of cd's in today's technology. all they had to do was add another song by each member and have 12 songs instead of 10. i think ace must have mis-interpreted what was being said to try and make paul and gene look bad.

Peter could not use any of his songs on PC because his record company would not allow it. They had the right of first refusal (legal term not mine) for anything Peter wrote.

Because of that Peter could only do songs that someone else wrote or he could remake one of his older songs.

I agree In Your Face should have been on the record the band wanted it but Bruce Fairbain (the producer) didn't and the record copany went along with him.
