  • i ordered online but it wont fit on my door frame what should i do

  • I really can't understand how the door frame can hold up a heavy person!? Btw You're beautiful Danielle

  • is there a weight limit to what these bars can handle, I'm 215lbs and cant find any other dorr way pull up bar that can handle anything above 180lbs?

    thanks

  • @Zindasgru I believe the website said it could handle 300 pounds.

  • @LordAnasterian thanks for that

  • thanks for the video was helpful. however i would advise not including 16 seconds of advertisement at the beginning of the video because people will certainly skip over your video because of it i know i felt the urge

  • Architraves not guaranteed to last

  • Not a good vid, please remake showing the other side of the door. thanks

  • does the door way break? o_O

  • do you have to scew anything to the doorframe?

  • you have the outside handles upside down.

  • Its so easy a BLONDE can do it!!!!

  • @HuiHms what do you call an intelligent blonde? A labrador. hehe

  • does this bar demand hooks on the other side? where does it hang?

  • Followed by a fall.....

  • how does the door frame not break off and how does that stay steady without any screws? I can just see myself with a broken door and fallen on my ass

  • @junkee4 exactly

  • @junkee4 The door actually makes sure that this stays in place when you grab on, but when you pull yourself up, the power will be transferred to the wall, and the door will not take all your weight, just a little of it, that wont make it break. I have another bar, that you actually put between the door frame, and then twist it a few times so its nice and steady. Both should be safe anyway.

  • @junkee4 I don't have a P90X yet, but it appears that most of the pressure's against the wall, the frame contact merely to keep it from slipping.

  • try putting trim screws in the casing on the other side of the door into the header above the door for guaranteed security. that way the little nails attaching the casing cant possible give out. better to be safe that brake yo arse. i like youre glasses. so hot

  • has this ever broken a door frame before? i think my door frame is pretty week. i can stretch out my arms and press against the under part of the top of my door frame. when i press hard enough i can hear it cracking. again, would this brake a door frame?

  • What if every door way in your house actually has a door attached =S

  • @liamalanbrown you don't need all of that privacy take one down.

  • @liamalanbrown doesn't matter, you attach the bar facing the door when it's open

  • @liamalanbrown i dont think every doorway in your house has 2 doors on either side.

  • the side handles are upside down!!!! Just a coment.

  • @maovall there not.

  • Hi Danielle, i was hoping to buy the bar. But I measured my door to be 35 inches wide including the frame thickness. And I have a window just above my door frame (no wall or block in-between). Can i still use the bar on my kind of door? thank you so much.

  • Or what if both sides of the door are flush with the wall? Can the bar be adjusted (what's the minimum width?)?

  • If one side of the door frame is flush with a wall what door frame width does the chin up bar need in order to function / for the padding to rest comfortably on the other side's moulding? What is the maximum width of the assembled chin up bar?

  • does anyone have an idea on how to install normal bar on door without use screws or harming the door frame

  • hello i got another question what it it suppose to look from the back

the screws from mine scratch the wall from the back side i dont know why

  • hello have a question

i just order mines i was wondering if my door or wall would brake

does it have to be special door ?

  • Any standard size door frame with trim should work just fine. I have used mine on several different door frames in my home, and have had no issues with damage to the walls or door frame. Good luck.

  • ok thank you

  • @droppingroiiz I just got mine and set it up. I thought it wasn't going to hold at all and I was kind of worried, but surprisingly it is VERY stable. I have a thin door frame and it's fine. Don't worry about it.

  • i just wanted to know tht wouldnt the pull up bar

break the frame since ur hanging on the pull up bar

  • I am not using the clips. You can if you want, but for me, the bar anchors on the trim just fine. It also makes it easier for me to put the bar up and take it down. thx

  • Are you using the clips on the other side, or is this solely the door frame propping it up?

  • I own one of these, and have no trouble with it damaging the door frame. Works great for me!

  • I bought one of these and it ripped the beam off my door - it cost $160 to repair.

  • maybe your ass was to fat- or you did the exercise incorrectly

  • @BlowinUPinMIA

    don't beileve that idiot,

Even my fatass can use it, and i weight 265...

    ha ha ha

  • really?

  • hey, maybe there's a certain amount of weight the "door frame" can handle. she's obviously lighter than a man, so probs won't damage door frame. But maybe with the hinges it can support the full 300 pounds or whatever.

  • @andyh11191 may be a troll account. Youtube says that his account is closed. I have been researching p90x and have seen a group of users going to many of the p90x videos and putting in negative comments.
