  • @vandydan82 Between med to hi. Try frying one and keep an eye out to see if it burns quickly or not. 7 minutes should do; adjust your heat setting if you need to.

  • @Barginjunkie69 You could cook the meat first, but you have to drain it completely and pat dry with a towel or else it'll become soggy when you're rolling it.

  • There are a bunch of different types of egros.. The one you see in panda express or chinese food restaurant, those are nasty.. The only egros I've ever eaten is my moms, but this ingredients and the after finish looks delicious..

  • @msdestiny871 Yep, you sure can. Just drain the excess fat from the pork after you cook it. You can also add some minced garlic for an added flavor while you're sauteing the cabbage mixture. Enjoy!
