The Reformed Government of the Republic of China (Chinese: 中華民國維新政府) was a Chinese provisional government protected by Japan that existed from 1938 to 1940. 梁鴻志,温宗尭,陳群,陳籙,陳錦濤,王子恵,江洪杰,陳則民,任援道,許修直,朱履龢,高冠吾 and 傅筱庵 controlled the Nanking city until 1940.

But he was an advisor to the Chinese Nationalist government’s Ministry of Information. They never buy any products of other countries, but ONLY buy Jap products from Jap shops in the countries they tour. How can other countries benefit from the Jap tourists? @ec97531, I never work for any Japs' firms, I never buy any Japs' products, I never eat any Japs' food. All these I can get them cheaper & better from others. The Korea made washing machines are cheaper & last longer these days as their technology has improved greatly. So is China & Singapore too in time to come. The Japs will blame on others for stealing their technology when they are losing out, as their "Carrot Heads" think that nobody in this world will be smarter than them.

@ec97531, Japs are so selfish & self-centred that they safeguard their technology tightly & secretly. So nobody will know their technology. It is waste of time & money to study in Japan. Japs will NOT teach any GOOD things to OTHERS, except to themslves. In the 1970s & 80s, workers in Jap's factories in Singapore were sent to Japan for technical skill training. When they returned they complained that they received NO training, but worked as manual labourers & floor sweepers.

I never see or hear of any Japs who have done that, but I have always seen & heard of Europeans and Americans sending donation & medical teams to the poor & needy people in Asia & Africa. Strange!
