Hey Cnetrocks ! When i "export" my movie i recorded it takes alot of space in my memory, like 0:47 seconds video is 200mb ! How can i decrease the memory but still have the same quality ?? Thank you !

All these videos are so pointless. They only state the obvious things and never explain what do you have to do, if your source is 1050p at 16:10.
