Loved that Elvis thing. I talked to "Elvis" after the show and David had no idea he was going to come up on stage. Took him completely by surprise. As "Elvis" was walking off stage, David (with a puzzled grin on his face) turned to Neal and said "what the fuck?" - not loud enough for anyone to hear, but I could read his lips.
