The vet should have to pay for EVERY bit of the damage s/he did! Clearly this incompetent did not know how to administer anesthesia properly--I'd bet almost anything the brain damage was from administering too much!

I agree something went wrong. However Colby is doing great. He is really special. You cant even tell he is blind. He walks up and down stairs and knows his way around.'
