That is actually included in Lara Vs The Door Round 3 as soon as I get around to finishing the rest of it. It's pretty good lol. That door killed me the first time I did it because I jumped into the door's ledge - and then it fell. Lara didn't like it.

If you wanna do it yourself, you just have to download the "fly patch" and run, flip, or roll into any of those doors in the Folly. (She can't jump at them though, unless she has guns out. Otherwise she'll grab the ledge.)
