  • the only way is to increase your body fat, or stop working out

  • @itssonice001 It's a natural part of your body adapting to the exercise. The heavier you lift the bigger your veins because the body needs to transport more nutrients and oxygen to the muscles the bigger you get. As well as soon as you start to lose body fat you will start seeing more veins. It's called vascularity. If you don't want the veins then stay above 10% body fat and don't lift heavier weights. It's a catch 22 but you shouldn't worry because it's healthy and your lucky.

  • Scott, try this. After you expel all the air and flex your abs as hard you possibly can and then COUGH. You will notice that your abs will contract further. This is one technique I learned to take punches.
