Is there anyone who wants to take on the daunting task of running for president of the USA, who is not in the the pocket of Corporate USA? The others have a million applicants. Obama knew the last elections for Congress would give him an excuse for NOT WINNING. I am not interested in his words, when he continues and surpasses the "Bushwacking" years and ways of life of politics?.
Is there anyone who is ready to DO something without corporate money? I would vote for Software DAN.
i would have slammed that moronic "reporter". any honest reporter would know that the FASB (for those not in the know, the federal accounting standards board) was pressured, and relented, to loosening accounting standards so that the TBTF banks didn't have to recognize losses. not to mention all the other behind the scenes mechanisms the government used to prop them up. if i buy a piece of fecal matter from you and declare it worth whatever you say it's worth, i still in fact, own crap
Check out FAIR's article: "CNN's Fact-Check Failure on Occupy Wall Street."
Erin Burnett has worked for Goldman-Sachs, Citigroup and is engaged to Citigroup exec David Rubulotta. Since her piece, she has been slammed in press outlets across the country for her "vapid" reporting (Forbes).
Also check out Glenn Greenwald's story in Salon tracing her background as a rabid Wall Street gung-ho corporatist yahoo.
seriously is right. this erin burnett (corporate shill) is utterly deluded if she believes the distribution of wealth in america is fair and equitable and the people are better off post wall street bailout. naomi klein would make mincemeat of this person in a debate on how these multimillionaires, nay, multiBILLIONaires are destroying lives and the environment. (ah, the hell with it...i just want to see naomi klein beat the shit out her!)
@sleepyfish Yea, and now we want retribution for that debt they insincerely admit they owe!" And it ain't "gratitude" we're interested in - it's the proverbial "pound of flesh."

So, the taxpayers actually made $money on the bank bailouts?
Well, there's the answer we've been looking for then. We should be able to pay off the deficit in no time at all. MORE BAILOUTS! BRILLIANT!
