    But personally, I use CLA. It, along with H.I.T. and a few changes to my eating habits helped me lose 24 pounds over the last 8 months!

    then next monday i change and start with something else?

    then here is my question if this is what you were talking about when you mentioned "Split Routines".. how should i rearrange my training so it doesn't collide with my other training days ex: i cant train Back, and the day after train biceps.?

  • i love training and its a big part of my life, personally i'd love to work in that area.. actually its the only thing im intrested in working in. at the moment, im 22 and have fast metabolism. could you comment on split routines? would like to know more about how to set it up, ex: did you mean just to train biceps another day then usual, or just to start with another excercise then usual, or alltogether change in what order to train the muscles?

  • like ur comments about training, a bit language barriers from my side, dont know too much about how body works as im not a specialist in that area, but im doing my own research here and there, such as this place^^. coulden't u start posting videos on how you see training should be done? would be nice to see something different then what i see at my gym everyday, everyone does the same thing,as u say "workout nuts"if those were your words?any tips or hints how to improve my training please reply!
