You have to first find the aerial forest at the sea. When you first reach there the Elder dragon will ask you to challenge the three dragons before coming back to get the sea quests.
when you reach the 5th stratum. A dragon slayer will talk to you and runs off. When you arrive at B18 F- The room at 1,2B. you once again meet the dragon slayer and she'll ask you to go back, say no and she'll to you to fetch her sword from Amoroad's inn. Go back and Talk at the inn. Then return to the spot.
