you mentioned that you couldn't open a bottle of your polish. if you take a rubber band and tie it on the top of the bottle neck then try and open it, it should come open with less force. hope i helped :)

Too weird. I just bought a sephora brand set of eyeshadows, and a little eyeliner came in my set too that I didn't have high hope for, either. But- like you- it is one of my favorites now, eyeliner wise. It is so BLACK

you can get the wax off by using oyur straightner,... press down together and the heat will melt it off. swear it works i had to due it to velvet/ suade boots lol

To get the wax out, place a paper towel over the wax and use a hot iron and iron over it. Should absorb all of it. Hope that helps

One thing I was wondering about the scentsy is once you put the wax in and it burns down is there any residue left that you need to take out before changing to a new scent?

@phoebekittys Hello, I'm Trina. The wax does not burn away as light bulb does not get hot hot enough to evaporate the wax. The scent that you are smelling is the scented oil evaporating. When you find that the scent is vanishing you just turn off the warmer let the wax harden and it pops right out with a spoon or popsicle stick.

I know how to get it off. You take toilet paper and you put it over the wax and then you iron it with your iron. The wax melts and the toilet paper sucks it up.

I don't know if it's going to work for the palette, but if you have to get wax of clothes, you have to put a tissue paper on the portion of the cloth that has wax on it and then press the iron with the steam turned off. Because of the heat, the wax will transfer from the cloth into the paper.
