black atv sealant werks hella good on cracks (even holes ) in the foam/rubber ring around speakers and subs ... on my sub i just ran a layer over the whole ring ..fuck it ! that shit is battle ready now son
i payed £50 for 2 logitech speeks and a subwoofer , used them about 4 times and one off the speakers stopped working , but it has no cracks in it , dose anyone know how to fix that ..???
@MrBasslineRemix Then your voice coil (the copper coil inside the dustcap) is blown. You cant fix it with glue. If that happens you either get a recone, which is very expensive, or you can get everything out of the base of the speaker take off the burnt voice coil and replace it with the same wire but brand new. Don't forget the amount of windings!
i remember using fingernail polish on a sub with a small tear in it years ago, seemed to do the trick for as long as i had it.
