@pooderdog1 I have taken tramadol while taking LDN and never felt like I wanted to die. I have taken it 8-10 hours between taking LDN...it just doesn't ease any pain, however MS makes me wish I was dead sometimes

YOU CAN take Tramadol with LDN as long as it is 10 hours btween doses. Before or after dose. I promise it isn't just 4 hours, if you choose 4 hours i wouldn't want to be you.

NOW they do say you can take it at the AM, but dont try it unless you have exhasted all your night time trials.. body does release some endoprhins same time in the PM too Stacy..

You can take Tramadol with LDN. Just be sure to space the pain meds 4 hours from when you take the LDN.

Really should be starting out LOW.. I started on 1.0 mg, and felt great from just that much I will go up if I have to.. 4.5 has been found to be TOO HIGH to start for MS patients..

took ldn 1mg 4days couldnt sleep so i stoped it now i feel im having ms attack doesnt ldn keep clonazpam from working thanks

What you take is capsul or a pill?

I take it the way its prescibed. It has to do with when your body is releasing endorphins and that is between 12-3 a.m. I will find the article and send it to you

why are you taking it at 9:30 at night if it energizes you why take it late

you cant take pain meds with LDN...that is correct. You can take advil or tylenol but no codiene or narcotic type pain meds

When I have trouble sleeping I alternate between taking 5-htp, valerian root, or melatonin (sub-lingual).

That way my body doesn't get too used to one of them.

@r3mmaj With my sleep I am doing fine by alternating those different things still. I also found taking calcium is good or a warm shower just before bedtime.
