  • sleds dont look to hard to people who havent done them but we had them for preseason conditioning on grass that hadnt been cut for over a month and the shit like wouldnt move. magnum4magnets82 is right tho, it does make you a man

  • Hate football conditioning on a day of practice where your team sucked, and your about to pass out cause of all the sprints,bearclaws, pushups, etc, etc. As much as I hate it, it turns you into a man.

  • Lol u pull 100lbs bull shit doing 50 yard sprints with 45 is hard

  • lol at 1:25 i was like dang thats fast. but then i realized that was fast motion

  • Man this is better than my offseason workouts. today, we got punised and had to do 25 shuttles!

  • they didnt even have weights on the freakin sled pulls

  • we do boot camp which involves speed weights, ropes, and mats. mats include: bear crawl, crab walk, sprinting, forward roll, backwards roll, and dive

  • we do the same stuff at our high school
