I think this is a great use of infill space and makes way for much needed classrooms and student space. This "gross display of USF's values" works for me as I would rather have development here than overdevelopment on Lone Mountain. My issue is that all of lower campus has become beige and zinc. I wish we would have opted for tying into Lone Mountain's red-tiled, gabled rooflines. I also love the new ampitheater, the bookstore move to UC, cobblestones, and lighting. Nice job, USF.
completely eliminating green and healthy space for concrete, concrete, concrete!? adding injury to insult, another cement covered green space in the "green" city of San Francisco. ridiculous. This is a gross display of USF's values. and instead of horsetail, periwinkle, balloon flowers and other offensive plants, how about some rainbow chard? trellises of garden peas? japanese plum trees? lemon trees, orange trees, grapefruit trees... let's create a low maintenance edible landscape.

How can anyone call CSI a waste? Sciences at USF will get a major boost. Our current facilities are outdated.

I can't believe that our student fees are wasted for unnecessary things like that.

I know the project pretty well and may be biased, but I get excited every time I watch this.
