You wanna set the alarm for an event (maybe 5days from now) so you create a reminder in calender..

But when the day and time comes that you wanted to be remided on, you miss it because of the extrem short and low alarm bell!

As a new Blackberry user, after coming from Android, I can safely say the Blackberry phones are SMART, as is the OS. I am really impressed and I am glad I made the change. In my opinion the only reason why the iPhone is popular is because of the brand, and yes I've used an iPhone and my old Android was better :P

So many people have a BlackBerry, and maybe that could make your decision because normally you'd get a phone for talking to friends, so if that's what most of your friends have, then get it. But even that may not make your choice... You'll just have to find out each thing you like more about each phone and decide which one is the better. I hope this helped a little.

@d3x84 look @ for example the brightness of the BB display... the more sun is getting on the display the brighter the BB display is... it has about 3-5 days battery @ hardcore usage. it has the best message client because it has all messages in 1 app. there is no faster way to send a e-mail. the calendar applikation is the best out there... the BB is NOT a multimedia device its not a toy its a business phone

I think it's because kids want to feel like they're adults or something, and taking the fact that a Blackberry is a semblant of corporativity in consideration, it starts to make a little bit of sense. Personally, I tend to recommend iPhones and Nokia's N8 for just about anyone not involved in the business culture. But I'm so used to blackberries myself that I kind of got addicted to them haha

One thing you forgot to mention is the famous BLACKBERRY MESSENGER. This is extreamly usefull as all i pay is £5 a month and I get blackberry messenger. It lets you send free pictures/videos texts to people through this. Concept is so its to only people on blackberry. Its great, i enjoy it alot. Iphone, yeah it has great apps and stuff but I couldnt live without my blackberry D: And btw ive got an ipad so i know basicly what an iphones about, tbh bb to me is better x
