Clinton Anderson Teaching OUTLAW To Load Into A Trailer!!!

I really appreciate Clinton Andersons methods! Great video he obviously did a great job here! :D And to everyone saying that he's not a good trainer/there are much better trainers...I say BS. There are other very great trainers, and perhaps clinton is not the best. But he is great. I think all trainers have some very good ideas and methods and approaches and you can learn something from almost all of them. Different things work better for different people and different horses.

Rick Gore's approach is much better....its in your face and the truth. If you can't handle his honesty....then settle for clinton's advice. But you'll be losing out.

Wait he trained you horse to go into a trailer!?!? LUCKY!!Clinton needs to help me teach my pain in the butt horse to stop bucking everytime I ride shes pose to be rideable and the other proble with her is she has to much of a bond with our other horse!! Can anyone give me a few tips??

@ShortyTheDireWolf I'll give you the best tip possible. don't take tips from people on you tube. go to a trainers site and get tips from them. If they arn't good enough to put out a video and lay it on the line then don't waste your time.

I'm not ot familiar with clintion anderson just starting to look at hisstuff now but I have had good results with rick gore and david lee archer.

Clinton's whole theory is to have the horse "think" that he's (the horse) boss. He wants the horse to think that he's doing it all on his own. I'm glad that Outaw saw the light! I watched him in action, watched a lady almost get run down by her problem horse when trying to load her, and watched that same horse, one hour later, stand quietly in the trailer.

lol this is the funniest thing i've ever seen! You can see the lather on his back legs, I have no doubt he gave Clinton a workout. He said he wants to stay in the trailer cause he don't have to work so hard! rofl

wish the video was longer so that people could see what the horse was really like in the beginning. the horse came a long was from the beginning to where this video starts. he would rare and run backwards away from the trailer. clinton anderson is by far my favorite trainer to watch. he breaks it down so that everyone understands what he's talking about!! he's also pretty funny!!

Yeah, cause Clinton's obviously too slow to realize that "Outlaw" thinks that he's in charge. Clinton's dealt with horses way worse than him, maybe if you had convinced him from the start that YOU ARE THE BOSS OF HIM!

@ZeldyZeZebra No, I've seen some of is training videos, he taught that horse to want to go into the trailer. As he says, make the right thing easy and the wrong thing difficult.

@ZeldyZeZebra No horse is the boss of Clinton Anderson. You need to watch some of his video's before you judge him like that. He had absolute control over outlaw so tell me what you saw that I didn't.

@hunterjumperxgrace First of all, thank you for watching my video. Secondly, it would take over an hour to load Outlaw if I ever cared to go anywhere. This clip is at the very end of his session working with my horse. Yes, he already new how to get into a trailer. However, he did not respect anyone enough to listen and actually get in. "Obviously" you should think before you type ignorant, rude comments.

Horses022 I'm not sure what to tell you there...Have you tried bring up other horses behind the trailer? Maybe let your horse see them and his/her herd instinct will kick in. Just remember to be patient!

hey i cant get my horse outta the trailer ive done everything from bribing nad pulling she jsut wont come in fact she in it now with the door wide open but she will not come outt:( :(:(

clint Anderson is an amazing trainer and i would never say anything bad about him, but the one thing i hate is when people try to do what he does and they do it so wrong. last night some people were trying to use this meathod on a horse to get it in the trailer, there were out there for about two hours so we went out to help and we tryd it our way and the same way we train our horses to load and the horse did a little hop in the air and the owners told us to leave the sad thing is this was at..

I've learned over the years..never try and "help" someone loading a horse..unless they ask...it never ends well.

first you send them between you and the fence, then you and the trailer

then you longe them over the ramp of the trailer, then allow them to investigate it and eventually go in.

then, they'll most likely come out, whenever they come out, work them, and leave them alone in the trailer as long as they want. they'll learn that trailer = rest
