Which one? There are 5 or 6 owners of property in the canynn and the illegal aliens are spread all over the place. SDPD can enforce the law on ANYONE's property if their campfires are endangering the lives of others which is always the case.

UNBELIEVABLE, Playford gets arrested for proving that prostitution IS going on in the canyon and SDPD insists on turning a blind eye? The homeowners there need to STOP paying property taxes until they get what they paid for: A safe, clean prostitute free neighborhood.
