You don't know what a theory is... so I'll give you the definition.
Theory:
A scientific theory summarizes a hypothesis or group of hypotheses that have been supported with repeated testing. A theory is valid as long as there is no evidence to dispute it. Therefore, theories can be disproven. Basically, if evidence accumulates to support a hypothesis, then the hypothesis can become accepted as a good explanation of a phenomenon. 1. does anything we observe require a god/anything supernatural? no.
2. has anything beyond the natural realm ever been shown to exist? no.
3. has god ever manifested himself? no.
given these simple observations, i feel it's fairly straight forward.

No, bronze-aged tribesmen made up their own horrific rules based on fear-of-other and fear-of-anarchy. They made those rules up and you are too blinded to discard this book of fables. It was never God's earth, because there is no God. Also, why would someone become an atheist just to do things that God considers vile? That's like not believing in the police so they won't arrest you. Wouldn't make sense. These things are not vile. Your God is.
